2 weeks prior to the wedding - final balance of wedding contract due.
the wedding day - HAVE FUN!!! and ENJOY!
1-2 weeks after the wedding- you will get a link to your preview web-based slideshow
3-5 weeks after the wedding - all of the edited images will be posted on your online gallery and shopping cart.
5-7 weeks after the wedding proof book, if included in collection will be shipped to you.
8-14 weeks after the wedding - we will send your wedding album design for your review online. this is where your promptness becomes very important! if there are any changes you would like to see made to the album they need to be submitted within a week. if your changes are submitted within a week you will maintain your position in the album lineup.. You will have 3 rounds of changes permitted. After this a fee will be charged. Each rounds of change takes 2 work weeks.
6-12 weeks after approval of album layout - once we receive your album changes we will send you an updated version for review. ounce the album design is approved, it will be placed in line for the final custom edits of all the prints. the process to print, bind, and assemble the album varies depending on the time of the year
Album and negatives - you will receive your high resolution digital negatives and film negatives on dvd once the album is printed. Please note, at this point we release the liability of keeping your wedding images. Once you receive your negatives, make copies of them and keep them in separate locations!
